• Registered Charity £12/hour
  Including all events run on not for profit basis

• Community £15/hour
  Including funded or private groups providing a community service

• Public/Statutory £25/hour
  Including local councils, government agencies and regulatory bodies for any activity including meetings, training and social events

• Commercial/Private £30/hour
  Including local, regional and national businesses for any activity including training, meetings and social events
  

  
  Half and Full Day Rates

• Registered Charity Half Day Rate £40 Full Day Rate £80

• Community Half Day Rate £50 Full Day Rate £90

• Public/Statutory Half Day Rate £85 Full day Rate £150

• Commercial/Private Half Day Rate £100 Full Day Rate £180

  Half Day is any 4 hour slot between 7am and 10pm

  Full Day Any 8 hour slot between 7am and 10pm

  Catering
  We can supply tea/coffee/biscuits at a £1.95/head
  We also now cater for family events including Anniversary Mass Teas, Birthday Parties, Retirement events etc. Please contact for details.
