Exhibitor instructions

Registration

Please complete the exhibitor registration form below to secure your stall

Set-up

Stalls can be set up from 5pm to 8pm on Saturday 14 December and from 8am to 10:30am at the latest on Sunday 15 December.

Photo call

There will be a photo call with all exhibitors at 10:45am just before we open the doors to the public

Break-down

Stalls can be broken down from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday 15 December.

Overnight storage

We have limited storage space available on a first come first served basis for exhibitors who prefer to collect their wares on the morning of Monday 16 December. All items must be collected by 10am at the latest. Please note that we are unable to hold cash for you overnight.
